When placing your order please allow up to 2-5 business days for order processing. Our shop produces the items ordered on the spot and we ship the packages as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification where you can track your shipment!

If you are not at home when the delivery is made, your package will go into storage waiting for you to indicate a future reshipping or collection by you for 15 days. You will be sent alerts by email or phone number. After 15 days it will be sent back and therefore to have the package sent back you will have to pay the shipping costs. Obviously if you don't answer or let us know something after 30 days Trebbi Joinery and Clipper WareHouses will archive the order. Contact us for any questions.
